Gerry Gribbon spent 27 years as an executive at Johnson & Johnson, working in a variety of commercial roles. He is an award winning sales leader with a passion for talent development, a certified Executive Leadership coach, and a strong motivator with an energizing approach to inspiring his audiences. He uses his personal insights, experiences and storytelling, supported by extensive research in soft skills/leadership to educate and motivate his audiences.
He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation( ICF), the leading global organization for coaches and coaching. He also holds a certification in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) from ICF and earned a Certificate in Leading and Managing a Multigenerational Workforce from Rutgers University.
Gerry is considered a subject matter expert in the area of durable/soft skills. He was one of 25 invitees to a week-long summit in early 2023 sponsored by America Succeeds and CompTia to develop a Durable Skills Rubric that will be used to help create the first-ever Durable Skills Assessment.
He has worked with professionals in developing their leadership readiness, with a particular focus on building and protecting strong personal brands and developing their soft/durable skills competencies.
Gerry is a frequent presenter / lecturer / keynote speaker and has spoken to thousands of audience members at industry events, schools and universities, high-school and college athletic teams, young professionals, and trade associations to name a few.
He received his BS in Marketing from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Monmouth University.
